Cancellation & Return Policy
Pink House believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Note-We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. How do I cancel an order on beforeafter.in? If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 5 hours of placing the order. For outright cancellations by you: - If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped: - If you received the product, We accept returns within 10 days of products being delivered. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 10 days from the date it was delivered to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a credit note or a total refund if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at support@pinkhouse.app , a prompt response is assured to such mails. Please note- There is no exchange for accessories. Return Policy If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. PS: Always send a mail to support@pinkhouse.app for any query/complain/suggestion/cancellation/refund request etc, this is easy for us and for you to track any issue without much inconvenience. We always encourage our shoppers to send us a mail. We make it a regular practice to answer the mail within minimum time period. Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box/ envelope or to the product; • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, tags, labels and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery; • Any product without a valid, readable, tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number; • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging. • No exchange on accessories - fashion jewellery. Once the product has been dispatched from your end, kindly revert with a mail to support@pinkhouse.app providing complete courier information and the courier charges borne. You may enclose the invoice for the courier charges that will be incurred by you to return the shipment. The same shall be reimbursed in the form of pay order/gift voucher/refund of amount. Also specify the name on which the pay order/ cheque has to be reimbursed on. The dispatch of replacement if required by the customer will take 7 working days from the receipt of the product. Note- kindly forward us the scan POD copy (in .jpg format below 2mb) of the logistic courier through which you have send the product so that we may reimburse the amount which you have incurred on the courier. Tracking your Order
The tracking details of the shipments are immediately provided with awb number to the customer.A live tracking of the same is provided on the panel within 24 hours of the dispatch of the shipment.
Refund Policy
If the order is cancelled before shipping, Refunds will be made for online payment in the same form that the payment is received within 5 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Goods once shipped can only be exchanged for replacement or for an online store credit which will be issued by us in form of discount coupons or an outright refund of amount , if they meet our terms and conditions. The cost of return will be reimbursed on producing a copy/scan of the POD or courier slip by the customer. Reimbursement will be initiated 2 days after the product reaches our facility and inspected for any damages etc. the reimbursement will be in form of pay order/cheque or online transfer. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time in form of coupons which will be mailed to you within 3 working days of the receipt of the returned product. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
